The data in this table are based on the surveys EUROBAROMETER 83.4 (May 2015) and EUROBAROMETER 91.4 (May 2019). The data show what percentage of all respondents have selected each answer (from 1="Totally in favour" to 4="Totally opposed", or DK="Don't know") when asked the question "Are you in favour of or opposed to providing, on an anonymous basis, information about … as part of a census, if that could help to combat discrimination in (YOUR COUNTRY)?"

From the 2015 to the 2019 survey, the following changes were made to the answer options:
