Description:

This indicator presents data from the EU survey on gender-based violence against women and other forms of inter-personal violence (EU-GBV survey). The first wave of this survey was conducted jointly by Eurostat, EIGE, and FRA between September 2020 and March 2024.

This indicator shows the percentage of ever-working women who have experienced sexual harassment at work during their lifetime, by age group. It presents data for respondents in the following age groups:

  • 18 to 74 years
  • 18 to 29 years
  • 30 to 44 years
  • 45 to 64 years
  • 65 to 74 years

Data for Italy (IT) is flagged ‘d’ because indicators on sexual harassment at work are based on the national victimisation survey of 2022-2023.
