This indicator provides information on whether there are existing national women's helplines that meet the standards of the Istanbul Convention in the countries included in the WAVE Country Reports (2014-2023). According to the Istanbul Convention, countries should establish national women’s helplines that are free of charge and operate 24/7.
"No" indicates that there is not an existing national helpline that meets the standards set by the Istanbul Convention. "Yes" indicates that there is an existing national helpline that meets the standards set by the Istanbul Convention.
