The data shows the average score that respondents assigned when asked the question “Q9bHow would you rate your satisfaction with the quality of the public services used?
Could you please tell me on a scale of 1 to 10, where 1 means you have been not at all satisfied with the quality and 10 that you have been very satisfied with the quality of the services. You can use the numbers in between to express intermediate levels”
A list of public services was shown to the respondents and the respondents gave a different answer for each service.
Note: this question was only asked if the respondents have previously indicated that they have used at least one of the services in the last 10 years.
