Description:

The data shows the average score that respondents assigned when asked the question "Q6. Can you please tell me how important each one of the services is to your needs? Please use a scale from 1 to 10, where 1 means that the Service is not important at all and 10 means that it is very important."

A list of public services was shown to the respondents and the respondents gave a separate assessment for each service.

Results are broken down by the following educational categories:

  • Less than primary, primary and post-secondary non-tertiary education (ISCED 2011 levels 0-4)
  • Tertiary education (ISCED 2011 levels 5-8)
  • All ISCED 2011 levels

Results are presented at the EU28-level and for the following country-clusters:

  • North-western countries: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, United Kingdom
  • Southern countries: Croatia, Cyprus, Greece, Italy, Malta, Portugal, Spain
  • Eastern countries: Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia
  • Nordic countries: Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Sweden
