This indicator shows the time regular platform workers spent searching for and implementing work via digital platforms in the most recent week. It is the total time spent on digital platforms. Regular platform workers are defined as those who had worked on digital platforms at least occasionally in the past 6 months.
The indicator is based on responses to the question: Think about the most recent week that you have worked via online platforms. How many hours per week did you spend searching or waiting for tasks/ work assignments, and how many implementing them?

This indicator is disaggregated by household type. Household types include women and men who are: single without children; lone parents / single cohabiting with children; in a couple without children; in a couple cohabitating with children; other.
