Description:

This indicator shows the year regular platform workers started doing platform work. Regular platform workers are defined as those who had worked on digital platforms at least occasionally in the past 6 months. Working at least occasionally aggregates three answer categories: 'I worked irregularly or occasionally, from time to time’, ‘I worked regularly for a period of less than three months’ and ‘I worked regularly for a period of more than three months’.

In the survey, respondents were asked to select an answer between 2000 and 2020.

This indicator is disaggregated by household type. Household types include women and men who are: single without children; lone parents / single cohabiting with children; in a couple without children; in a couple cohabitating with children; other.
