This dataset shows what percentage (%) of carers report that their household has difficulty to make ends meet with the household’s total monthly income. "Carers" are all those who are involved in informal long-term care or childcare.
The respondents were asked: ‘A household may have different sources of income and more than one household member may contribute to it. Thinking of your household’s total monthly income: is your household able to make ends meet…?’
A household was classed as having difficulties to make ends meet if the respondent selected either of the options ‘with great difficulty’ or ‘with difficulty’.
