This indicator shows positive and negative changes in experiences of work since the start of the pandemic for those in paid employment, by type of telework experience.
It is based on the question which asked respondents about their level of agreement with statements regarding different types of telework experience :“Since the start of the pandemic in February/March 2020, how has your work experience changed? To what extent do you agree or disagree with the following statements? Please refer to your main job. 1. My prospects for career advancement in the near future have decreased, 2. It became easier for me to combine family/personal life and work obligations, 3. I am expected to work as much or even more than before the start of the pandemic, 4. I have felt my request to take time off to take care of my family is supported by my employer, 5. I am expected to be reachable also outside my working time.”
