This indicator looks at the proportion of all women and men that have worked at some time in their lives that at some point experienced sexual harassment in the workplace.
Although it is not explicit in the definition, the wording of the original indicator would appear to refer to people that are currently employees. The available data cover anyone that has ever worked (including as elf-employed) and therefore includes people that worked previously but may not be employed at the time of the survey. This represents a larger population than intended by the indictor but this is unlikely to have a significant impact on the results.
